Yozin is an all-in-one super application developed and headquartered in Erbil, Bakhtiari, Kurdistan Region of Iraq. Our mission is to make everyday services accessible to everyone through one unified platform.

Yozin collects information you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account, use our services, or contact us for support. This may include: your name, phone number, email address, location data, payment information, and usage data.
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services; process transactions; send notifications; and ensure the safety and security of our platform. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
The Yozin Taxi service requires access to your location to provide ride-hailing services. Location data is only collected when you use the taxi service and is not stored beyond the duration of your trip.
We may share your information with trusted service providers who assist us in operating our platform, subject to strict confidentiality agreements. We may also disclose information when required by law.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Please read these terms carefully before using Yozin
By downloading or using the Yozin application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Yozin. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the platform.
The Yozin Taxi service connects passengers with independent drivers. Yozin is not responsible for the conduct of drivers or passengers. All rides are subject to applicable laws and regulations in Erbil and the Kurdistan Region.
Social media growth services must comply with the terms of service of the respective platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). Yozin is not responsible for any account actions taken by third-party platforms.
All payments are processed securely. Refunds are subject to our refund policy specific to each service. Recharge cards and digital goods are generally non-refundable once delivered.
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property within the Yozin application are owned by Yozin and may not be reproduced without explicit written permission.
Yozin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Yozin reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kurdistan Region, Iraq. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Erbil, Kurdistan Region.

Follow these steps to permanently delete your Yozin account
We're sorry to see you go. You can delete your Yozin account at any time. Please note that this action is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, including order history, wallet balance, and profile information, will be permanently removed.
Open the Yozin application on your device and make sure you are logged in to your account.
Tap the profile icon at the bottom navigation bar to access your account settings.
Scroll down and tap on "Settings" or the gear icon to access account management options.
Find and tap the "Delete Account" option at the bottom of the settings page.
Read the warning carefully and confirm your decision. You may be asked to enter your password to verify your identity before the account is deleted.
If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us at easysearchgroup@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include your registered phone number. We will process your request within 7 business days.
